Using the Execution Dashboard
The Execution Dashboard transforms strategy from a document into a living tracking system. It monitors implementation progress across your key priorities with milestones, KPIs, gap closure, action items, and risk management.
Accessing the Dashboard
Navigate to Execution in the top navigation bar, or click Execution Dashboard from the main dashboard. The dashboard is available once you have defined key priorities in the FOCUS phase.
Overall Health Score
At the top, you will see an overall execution health score calculated from three components:
- Milestones (40%) — What percentage of milestones are completed on time?
- KPIs (30%) — Are your key performance indicators on target?
- Gap Closure (30%) — Are you closing the gaps defined in the ALIGN phase?
The score is color-coded: green (on track), amber (at risk), red (behind).
Priority Cards
Each of your key priorities gets its own card showing:
- Priority name and number
- Assigned owner (if assigned)
- Status badge — On Track, At Risk, Behind, or Not Started
- Progress summary — Quick counts for milestones, KPIs, gaps, and action items
- Risk summary — Number of open, at-risk, and mitigated risks
Click a card to expand it and see detailed tracking.
Milestones
Milestones are key checkpoints on the path to achieving a priority.
Adding a Milestone
- Expand a priority card
- Click Add Milestone
- Enter:
- Milestone name
- Target date
- Description (optional)
- Save
Tracking Milestones
Each milestone shows its status (pending, in progress, completed, overdue) and target date. Mark milestones as completed as you achieve them. The system automatically flags overdue milestones.
KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
KPIs are measurable metrics that indicate whether a priority is on track.
Adding a KPI
- Expand a priority card
- Click Add KPI
- Enter:
- KPI name (e.g., "Customer Retention Rate")
- Target value (e.g., "95%")
- Current value
- Unit of measurement
- Save
Updating KPIs
Regularly update current values. The dashboard shows progress as a percentage of target and highlights KPIs that are falling behind.
Gap Closure Tracking
Gaps defined during the ALIGN phase are automatically synced to the Execution Dashboard. Each gap shows:
- Current state vs. future state
- Closure progress (percentage)
- Status indicator
- Last health check result (from AI-powered weekly assessments)
Note: The platform runs automated daily snapshots (2 AM) and weekly AI health checks (Sundays at 3 AM) on gap closure progress. You do not need to do anything — it tracks automatically.
Action Items
Action items are specific tasks that need to be completed. They can be:
- Manually created — Add your own tasks
- Generated by AI Workers — Apply action items from execution worker recommendations
Each action item has an owner, deadline, and completion status. Check them off as they are completed.
Risk Management
The risk register helps you identify and track potential problems:

- Click View Risks or Add Risk
- Enter:
- Risk description
- Likelihood (low, medium, high)
- Impact (low, medium, high)
- Mitigation plan
- Save
Tracking Risks
Risks are categorized as open, at-risk, or mitigated. Review and update them regularly.
AI-Powered Features
The Execution Dashboard includes several AI-powered features:
- Worker Recommendations — The AI suggests which execution workers to deploy for each priority
- Health Checks — Weekly AI assessments of at-risk gaps with recommendations
- Progress Snapshots — Daily automated snapshots of execution progress
- Status Updates — AI can help draft status update summaries
